Project - Installation of 1no. roof vent into existing sky light (ventilation)

Roof vent operated by double worm gear - Pole operated internally

Retro Fit - The new roof vent was tailer made to the existing sky light.

We removed the existing capping and pressure plate glazing system to reveal the double glazed units below. Having removed the double glazed units we then removed 1no. centre divide bar to prepare the opening for the new vent. The new vent was designed to sit into the existing glazing channel. Once installed we reinstated the pressure plate glazing system and external capping and sealed around the perimeter of the new unit to weatherseal.

New vent composed of aluminium section powder coated to a standard RAL colour to match existing.

Clear toughened safety glass/Silver spacer bar with Argon filled cavity/Clear soft coat low E toughened safety glass
