We hold a large stock of window and door components including items that are discontinued and no longer available from the manufacturer. This stock is invaluable in the repair and maintenance of all types of windows and doors.

We recognise the importance of matching replacement hardware to the existing thus maintaining the aesthetics of the window/door in question. If we do not stock or can not source the product it may be possible to have it manufactured on a bespoke level.

(Above) We stock a number of non hold open/hold open and dummy Transom Closers for Aluminium doors. We also stock a wide selection of faced fixed closers and floor springs. We also stock associated parts such as top arm assemblies, straps, cover plates, top pivots etc. for the replacement/repair of existing.

(Above) We stock and can source a number of Louvre Jamb sets to suit most applications. They can be powder coated to a standard ral colour of your choice or to match existing. Off the shelf they come as standard in silver anodised finish. Louvre blades can be glazed in suit a Georgian Wired Glass or 6mm variation, both types of glass will require polished edges.

MAINTENANCE, REPLACEMENT AND CONVERSION

• Spirex and Spiralift – Fully Adjustable Sash Balances (Supplied in a rigid Aluminium tube)
• Ultralift – Pre-tensioned Sash Balances (Supplied in a rigid PVC tube)
• Torso – Pre-tensioned Sash Balances (Supplied in a rigid PVC tube)
• Suitable for use in UPVC, aluminium or timber applications.
• They are designed to counter balance a sash holding it in any position.
• Designed for use in both conventional vertical sliding windows, vertical sliding windows with a tilt facility, together with servery hatches and counter screens.
• Designed to suspend the sash but do give a degree of assistance when operating the window.

(Above) We stock a large quantity of various spring types and sizes. We offer a wide-ranging service that includes adjustment/maintenance, replacement and conversion. We can supply and fit various attachments to existing windows that operate by the use of old and discontinued balance springs. By converting a window to use new balances it prolongs the life of the window. In the past a window with defective springs may well have been replaced at an increased cost to the end user.
